Shipping for meds takes over a week…
Shipping for meds takes over a week even if you pay the additional $15 shipping charge. Appointment was only 3 minutes long for an eye infection. Total cost for the appointment was 135 and meds were juiced with fees for “pharmacy fulfillment”. You are not saving money or time by using Dutch.

Thanks for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points about how our service works. The fee paid at sign-up is not for a single appointment, it covers unlimited vet appointments for the entire year. The only additional costs are for medications, if prescribed. We also offer multiple shipping options for medications: free standard shipping (4–7 days), priority shipping (2–3 days), and rush shipping (1–2 days). After reviewing your account, your most recent order was placed with standard shipping and was delivered in 6 days from the order date, which falls within that timeframe. Regarding appointment length, visits are designed to be efficient and focused, but members always have the option to ask additional questions through follow-ups or by scheduling another visit at no extra cost.
