Dutch VetReviews of dutch.com

I absolutely love the service! I’ve used them a couple times and each time it’s been a great experience. The vets truly love the animals, and especially the last vet that we saw took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Make sure we understood and let us know that if we had any more questions we could personally message her. I love this service!

Very well worth it having a lot of rescue animals this is a blessing Multiple vet visits an overpriced medications We're absolutely killing us I have one 20 year old Maltipoo rescue from the streets a 15 year old Pitbull saved from death at the shelter and a 4 1/2 year old service dog Also a pit bull Very thankful for this service! I also think after reading the one star reviews that these people needed to go to an emergency vet and did not utilize what this service has to offer they were not realistic at all in their expectations I will see how long it takes for the medication to arrive but when you have situations that can be diagnosed via zoom that's when you use Dutch not when your animal is choking or you need to go to the ER Please understand the difference I will update if there are any problems in my experience.

I appreciate that I can get in touch with a vet on the weekend without having to spend hundreds on an emergency appointment. I like that I can touch base with a vet quickly while treatment is on going.

For people who foster -- or engage with feral cats this is an incredibly valuable service, as you can get advice through photos and descriptions of symptoms that the cat is exhibiting, rather than having to traumatize the animal by trapping it and hauling it off to an office. Also, my zoom consult started seamlessly and Dr. Connick was both knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks!

The vet service so far has been good. The prescription part not so much. If you do order from them id screen shot everything from the shipping offered and time frame. Because having it shipped I. 2 days is extra I think $25 and it was only coming a day or 2 before regular so I went regular. We'll they didn't even ship until the "regular " mail was going to deliver it. That is messed up. Not that anything would change it but when I emailed them that actually just argued over the delivery time I had. Didn't just apologize for the misunderstanding and move on they buckled down on they are right and im wrong . So just a heads up. Ive had several emails back and forth with you guys, my email address was confirmed! And the prescription still didn't arrive on time.

Friendly and professional vet. The zoom call was on time and easy to do and it made getting my cat to see a vet super simple.
