This was the best decision I have made for my fur babies! The price point is incredible for what you receive. I was able to sign up for the year, add four family pets to the plan and get an appointment all within 30 minutes. The vet that I had the call with was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I feel as though this is going to be the best decision I have ever made when it comes to caring for my babies.

Good first call with my Dutch Veterinarian
I just had my first online appt. with Dr. Calderon on Dutch.com. I liked the process of being able to upload my pet's history/meds online before my scheduled appt. Loved that the Dr. actually reviewed the information that I submited and we talked about it.

Impressive
I’m really impressed by the service. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment within three hours of me creating my account. The vet I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, and showed concern about the issue my dog had. I also like that the yearly membership allows unlimited vet support and visits. Typically, I am hesitant about my dog receiving care from providers other than his main veterinarian, however, I needed a much more cost-effective option that also allowed us to be seen quickly. I am very pleased with my experience with Dutch.

Prescription confusion
This took all the stress out of having a vet visit. The doctor was on time, straight to the point and incredibly knowledgeable about medications and treatments.
The problem began with getting access to the prescriptions. If sent to a compounding pharmacy, the user doesn't get a copy of record of the actual prescription. Everything hangs in limbo while someone on their side is supposed to transfer the rx. They couldn't tell me what stage of the process we're at or how long it will take. Very difficult to get a straight answer. Starting to have serious doubts about this.

We're sorry for the frustration around the prescription process and want to clarify how it works on our end. Because Dutch operates as a telemedicine service, we're not able to provide a wet signature prescription directly to the pet parent. Instead, our team faxes the prescription over to your preferred pharmacy on your behalf. Please note that once a transfer request comes in, it can take 24 to 48 hours to be sent to the pharmacy, as our transfers team works each request in the order it's received. Looking at your account, we can see that you reached out on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 asking how to initiate the transfer, our team confirmed the correct process that same day, and the transfer was successfully completed shortly after.
