Dutch is great if you can wait over a week for an RX. They also don’t communicate same day. And their expedited “rush” shipping is the same duration as their free shipping option. I used them for flea meds = great. Dog got an ear infection and is very uncomfortable and in pain ≠ great. Not great. Have to take dog to urgent care now because Dutch is delaying my order and won’t communicate with me.

Easy to navigate their website. The vet was super helpful and the cost are really reasonable and way more affordable than traditional vet care. This is convenience, competence, affordability, compassion and care all wrapped up into one company!

The whole process was simple from start to finish and well worth the small amount I paid for an annual subscription. I love the fact that I didn’t have to take my sick doggy out to the vet’s office where he gets fearful, anxious and scared. He sat calmly nearby in the comfort of our home during our visit with the Dutch vet via Zoom. The vet was punctual, patient and very knowledgeable and informative about my dog’s condition. She listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed or hurried. She talked with me first and got some history on my dog and then asked to see him on camera before coming up with her treatment plan. She ordered all his meds and had them already in the virtual shopping cart for me so all I had to do was select my payment method and check out. The meds will come to your home or wherever you want them shipped to. We will followup in two weeks to make sure the meds are working and make any needed changes at that time. This was a very relaxed and positive experience for me and my dog during an already stressful time. Oh, and the vet and someone from Dutch has checked in with us everyday since our appointment! Dutch and their vets are really awesome! I would recommend them a million times! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Need a vet for coco. Need medication

Great experience with seeing a vet my only complaint is the prescription price and turn around time. Highest price prescription and a $7 processing fee and it takes over a week to receive. Also, trying to get the prescription sent to another pharmacy isn’t any faster. By the time they send it you will be waiting just as long. My point being is if your dog is sick waiting over a week for a prescription is a bit too long.
