The vet was great
The vet was great. The vet is not my problem. The shipping is. I was told 3-5 days to receive. I had 3 medications. One shipped 3 days after visit and delivery another 7 days. The other 2 meds didn't ship out 6 days and another 7 days for delivery. Also email said everything went out together. Was not given option to get a script and go elsewhere.

Your order was placed on June 1st with standard 4 to 7 day shipping, with an estimated delivery date of June 9th at checkout. We are happy to share that all of your medications arrived ahead of that date, your Mometamax was delivered on June 5th via USPS, and your Epiotic and Carprovet were both delivered on June 6th via USPS. We understand it may have felt like the shipments were delayed, especially if the communication around separate shipments was not clear. We sincerely apologize for any confusion the email caused regarding items shipping together. We also want to make sure you are aware that we do offer the option to transfer prescriptions to a local pharmacy. We are sorry that option was not communicated to you during your experience and we will pass that feedback along to ensure it is made clearer going forward. We hope your pup is feeling better and please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.

Easy to access and great results
I was able to get an appointment early the next day. The vet was so helpful and was able to prescribe the treatments and in the 10 minutes allotted for the appointment. So much easier and less stressful for my pet. I have 5 pets so it os such a great way to access a vet quickly for flea meds and skin irritations etc so much more affordable.

The veterinarian was extremely kind and…
The veterinarian was extremely kind and explained everything until I understood all aspects of treatment. The medications are a little pricey, but the service was amazing.

My new doggy is not feeling well
My new doggy is not feeling well, the wait time for a local vet appointment was 2 weeks, and I was not going to spend $$$ on emergency care ,have her meds being shipped to my door.

Saved my outdoor stray cat’s life
Saved my outdoor stray cat’s life. Very simple process and he was better after a week of meds . Thank you so much! I’m so glad there is a way for us to help stray and feral cats. As well as indoor cats for an affordable price! I will recommend Dutch each time for pet owners!
