I was given a discount code for $92
I was given a discount code for $92, but nowhere to put PETS30 code. I was charged $137. I cancelled order but was offered automatic discount, didn't get it. I called them twice, one extended conversation and was hung up on twice. Called bank and disputed it.

Not worth it - hidden fees galore
Great providers but that’s about it. Don’t expect to get an appointment same day. They make it so difficult to get prescriptions for your animals. Shipping takes forever, and when your pet is acutely ill, it’s unacceptable. They try to push you into using their pharmacy by charging you”transfer fees” to other pharmacies and saying that it may take up to three days just to transfer it. While your pet is suffering. The “expedited shipping” that you can choose to pay an arm and a leg for is one day faster at most. Usually it’s 5-7 days to actually get your prescription. This service is definitely not worth it for that reason alone. A trip to the in person vet is faster and cheaper after all the hidden fees they throw at you. Transfer fees, processing fees, pharmacy fees.

It is so wonderful have a virtual vet…
It is so wonderful to have a virtual vet that can prescribe flea and tick meds and non emergency types of things. I have 5 cats that really hate leaving home and absolutely do not like going to the vet so this was so stress-free for them . Thanks Dutch for this amazing online vet service for my babies.

The service is on time and exactly what…
The service is on time and exactly what is needed! I have a dog with allergies and his vet was kind and very helpful. We will get the prescription here in the mail here in a few days so he can start feeling better and I didn’t have to wait a couple of weeks for him to get into a vet.
