Update #2: I received the Refund for my order from my Bank. The additional 16 and change was removed from my account. As I explained to the male officer (who was not listening) I stated at this point it's not about the Refund. It's about the mistreatment and abuse of Dunkin donuts manager. Now I'm home stressed beyond, heart palpitations, I have Congestive Heart Failure Kidney Failure Stage 4 and other medical issues that have amplified and worsened because of misuse/abuse of Power and Racism. It's ridiculous that they use black Americans for entertainment in racist suburbs like Homewood Illinois. No it's not about money. It's about principle! Because my diabetes level was low, I simply wanted a sandwich and coffee. I did not know it could possibly cause my death. A simple morning run. Abuse of Power! Dunkin Donuts employee should be fired! No Excuse, No Remedy Acceptable but Termination of Rosa the manager they hired. I will contact Civil Rights Activist; Illinois Attorney General; Police Department of Ethics and other governing Authorities I've been advised to contact. This incident was ridiculous and uncalled for actions were their traditional response for Black Americans. This abuse/misuse of power has to stop! Money cannot replace the amount of damage to my health and it ain't over. I'm feeling pretty low, just trying to get through today. Only God Rules, Controls and Loves. I trust him. No Weapon formed against me shall prosper. UPDATE: I called Homewood Police Department to file a Report needed for Attorney General to address this issue. Homewood Police did not even listen. They sent five Police or more who talked to the Manager Rosa. Women Police came out aggressively talking about here's what happened. Wtf! Who are these Women officers! I called the Police and they trying to Arrest me. Go figure. Well they say Cops love Dunkin Donuts and Dunkin Donuts love Cops. So you can call Dunkin Donuts "Untouchable! They can do and steal whatever they like: Especially while being Black in Homewood, IL. I ain't dumb. I know how Cops work especially in Homewood with Black Americans. I just left. Issue unresolved! I am still filing Complaint with Illinois Attorney General and the Police Professional ethics Department. This is where the real crime exist. Protect and Serve Who? So sad. I went to Dunkin Donuts in Homewood on 183rd a little pass Western. I placed my Order. Paid. They gave me my sandwich first no coffee in sight! IKR not logical. After watching the Robots fill orders saying nothing. I asked for a manager. They showed me the manager. I asked for a Refund. She said for what. I said my sandwich "will be cold" when the Coffee comes. She felt the bag and said it's warm. I said I want a Refund. I could see she was ignorant and uneducated and lucked up on a job. She had no people or manager skills. She asked me to reinsert my credit card for refund. I did. She went to laugh and talk about me to employees. I get home I see why she was laughing one order was $14 and some change (only order placed - No Order-No Refund! The next payment which should have been the Refund but I was charged another $16 and some change for the ignorant managers entertainment. Demonic person. This certainly doesn't represent the Dunkin Donut Brand America has known for Decades The Manager should be fired! Her attitude sucks! She has no managerial skills and she is stealing from customers credit cards overcharging. Theft/Fraud is Criminal. She should be Arrested and Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Over $30 in charges on my credit card and I received Nothing but a difficult time from an uneducated, ignorant, unhappy and Demonic person! I plead the Blood of Jesus against all the Evil! And you wonder why all the insane crime on the News everyday! Dunkin Donuts Management choices where managers attempt to Ridicule and Humiliate customers and then STEAL their Money! Dunkin' totally changed the recipe for their maple frosted donuts. The new recipe is awful. The taste of the new donuts and the maple frosting is totally DISGUSTING while the old recipe was great. You have to wonder what the morons who run this company were thinking by changing something that didn't need changing. My wife and i will never set foot in a Dunikin' Dump again

Went to 175 TN-76, Clarksville, TN 37043 this past Saturday morning. Tried to order on two different kiosks. Both individually told me at the end that they were broken. $6 sandwich- out of eggs… no discount Out of apple fritters. Waited 10 minutes with another customer that came and got served and left before they even started making my sandwich. Lady forgot to tell the kitchen to make. They literally made it after that in about 45 seconds. They didn’t heat it. I will not go back. Sorry, too many issues Dunkin!

Why is the Coffee Roll

I visited your store at 200 East 89th Street in Manhattan. I was overcharged four dollars and the manager refused to refund my money instead I was offered to get some more product. I returned the next day and again asked for my money due and again I was refused. The manager acknowledged that I was a steady customer yet still refused to return my money.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Ordered for delivery slot on 24/09/24. Ordered a week in advance. Delivery was supposed to be by 1pm. It is now 25/09/24 8pm. I have no donuts. No coffee. No refund, and no reply from the customer service ticket raised other than 'we're looking into your order query. Now going to be reporting a fraud to my card. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
