What ever happened to training your employees and getting orders correct? The Dunkin donuts in Hawley PA cannot get an order correct at all. It does not matter if you go through the drive through or walk in. This Dunkin charges more because they are located by a school and lake. However, even if you are the only person in the building, you will get the wrong order. Order a tea, you will get a coffee. Order a breakfast sandwhich you will get the wrong one. They do not pay attention at all. Most of the time they are standing around with phones in hand and talking to each other. The customer comes last at this Dunkin. As a prior Manager of a Dunkin in a different state I can Honestly say, This is the worst Dunkin.

THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT 4 MEANS. IT MEANS 4. NOT 1. 4.

I came through this store this morning and Dunkin was always a happy place for the kids to get dropped off and pick meeting their dad, however lately it's been absolutely filthy trash everywhere bathrooms are disgusting. You order food with allergy request the food is burnt it had eggs and cheese it wasn't supposed too the coffee taste burnt. The staff look like they hate their jobs getting snobby with customers. When you stand at the end of the counter to pick up food it smells sour Like something is rotting 🤢. Another issue that bothered me was the stirring of multiple drinks,hot plus cold,coffee,teas ,and refreshers all being stirred with the same spoon. I can see no hot water or solution, The bucket of what should be clean water is milky and gross being wiped all over everything. Behind their blender is sauce all over the walls. Just so over bearing if this is what the front looks like I'd be terrified to see the back. And the sour spoiled smell like something is rotting is very overwhelming. Staff needs to be properly trained and should have a station. I work at a coffee shop in Boston Massachusetts this shit was dysfunctional. 🤯🤮🤢🤯🤯🤯😵🤢🤒🤧

Granted I have an older phone -- galaxy a20. But I just learned that the Dunkin app for its loyalty program will not work on my phone. And the only way for me to remain in the program is to get a new, updated phone. Ok. So first Dunkin downscales its rewards so it take longer to earn an award. And now Dunkin requires a current, updated phone to be a member. Well, you know how this is going to go. Let's see -- a not great award for a large cash outlay for a new phone? Hum?

I wrote this morning. have been stalked and Harassed since 2021 at food place and any place where the people dont respect their jobs or the people. To my Friend: Ok. I can hear you but the message is not clear. I want to go to CO and fix my car and fix my VA claim. I can't hear it clearly. I keep replaying it. I can't hear it clearly as there are too many people in the background. I want the background to disappear so I can only hear you. Bring you to front and fade out the rest. People who are hacking my electronics did this. I went to El Paso, TX today to get milk because I'm not feeling good. I WENT TO Dunkin' donut where is post to be cheaper then Starbucks. I started ordering. Keep in mind the people who hack my stuff torment me and act out all my personal conversations or writings that I have done. This mental abuse. I start ordering and I'm telling her I want donut holes and she gives me numbers 10 15 and another number. I say 15 now they dont have 15. I ask how much they have she says 10, 25 and 50. I want 25. She says I cant hear you I keep repeating it. She is pretending as she's already lied about the numbers. I then tell her I want milk and thats it no total. No total at the register and no receipt which I will be looking at my account here in a minute. Im told to park by a sign which is not safe in texas for their to be parkings by a sign. I park to the side while waiting for my milk I count the donut hold only 15 I tell the lady when she comes out I ordered 25. She's the one that took my order, You paid for 25 then I said do yall have 15 count she says no. I said I paid for 25. I move the car because I'm parked illegal and someone left she comes out and act like a victim like I did something to her by putting her hands in there air so people can see her while I'm moving. I said sorry I was parked illegal I didn't want to get a ticket the guy told me to park by the sign which is a safety risk. Last night I created a new story which these people were acting out and ruining. I didn't post it because it's a book I'm making. I need this to stop as these people have stolen all my work and are ruining my life. I didn't deserve that Dunkin' Donut let them use the business to do a scene and made me dislike to store now. Please stop letting people mentally abuse me at professional businesses. The female was pretending to fade out the noise like I wrote to a girl this morning and not her.

Dear Mr. Hoffman, I visited Dunkin Donuts (store 300562) on January 23, 2025, at 12:31 PM, located at 6738 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638. At the drive thru, I ordered a cold coffee and mentioned to the customer service representative that I could not hear him well on the speaker. He responded rudely and told me to come around. When I asked if he was having a bad day, he retorted with "Are you?". When I pointed out his tone and rudeness, he insulted me in Spanish, calling me a Hooker and other names. I am deeply upset by this experience. This kind of treatment tarnishes Dunkin Donuts' reputation. I like Dunkin Donuts, but after this, I am hesitant to return. Additionally, my daughter and friends have encountered similar rudeness by the same person at this location. I asked for the employee's name, but he refused to give it. He was a short Hispanic male with black hair. There is a number on the receipt Check # 8686. Sincerely, M M

This used to be my family’s favorite place! Back when I was a kid, going there with my parents always felt like a celebration. 😊 But recently, after nearly five years away, I decided to stop by on my own—and I couldn’t believe my eyes. The place was messy, with dirty tables everywhere. The staff looked overwhelmed, running around and even arguing with customers. And the food? Well, it matched the vibe. It’s really disappointing to see things take such a turn for the worse.
