I procured a dumpster on a Wednesday and was told it would be delivered Friday. On Thursday I receive a vm saying it has to be rescheduled for Monday which ruined the weekend. I requested a first stop hoping I’d be a priority since I was rescheduled once. I’ve spoken to dispatch and traded emails with my contact and still have heard nothing. This has forced me to use a vacation day from work along with hampering my move and clean out.

When you rent these dumpsters ,you think you can fill them up, but this is not true, you can only put one ton (2000)lbs of weight in a 20 cubic container which is nothing when your doing a remodel of carpet and cabinets. So you get charged 375 for one ton of weight and drop off and pick up, then on top of that another 100 if you go over. Dumpster bag is a better way to go you can fill them to 3000 lbs for 200 bucks and every additional bag is 40 percent off. I should of went with dumpster bag, I will in the future a for all I need remember guys understand how much weight things are before spending 500 on a dumpster.

Like others here I’d give a zero if I could. This company is a joke!! There is NO WAY those 4or5 star reviews are real. No way. This company seems like a bunch of grimy used car salesmen. They’ve just been a nightmare to work with. See if someone has an issue with the quality of your product or service then they should under any circumstances have to reach out more than once before you reach back out to them and not only that but also try everything you can to RECTIFY the issue. That’s how a GOOD company acts. It’s sad to know that someone created this company and grew it to a point where he/she is probably in Barbados sippin margaritas and just assuming the company they built is operating correctly. ITS NOT!! So whoever is in charge of customer service/relations?? You suck at your job. I am myself a small business owner and the waterfall effect caused but your actions or in this case lack there of have consequences my client is now furious that he paid more money than any other dumpster company out there for a 20 yard dumpster and received what looks like a 10 maybe a 15. And the worst part is I can’t even tell him it’s being handled I hate to tell my customers I’m “trying” because to me that just means you’re not doing anything well you’re not getting anything done. And I have said from the first mistake you guys made how much money it’s causing me and now it’s costing me even more yet something tells me you won’t be held accountable this won’t be the last review hi Wright for the last place I write it because this shouldn’t happen to other people kidnapping anybody but it is happening and your company seems to give very little care about his customers it kind of seems like all you care about is money and of course we’re all in business to make money in a living to support our families to survive but you guys just absolute dirtbags that only give a damn about their bottom dollar no matter who suffers because call it what you will people are suffering my client can’t show his house until I rectify the situation I am noticeably trying to rectify the situation but you people have been dodging me and the one time you sent an email back it was so idiotic and infuriating that I don’t even know what to do with it how do you write an email back saying that you got my concern no apology for it but you received it and it looks like I have made contact through other means of correspondence when that’s not even close to the truth no one‘s reached out no one tried to fix this and again if someone doesn’t soon remedy this issue, I’m sorry THESE issueS after my “documented”repeated failed attempts at trying to resolve them I will be forced to get the compensation for the my wasted time but also the time I had to pay my guys to sit around on hold. I’m a very busy guy. I don’t have the time to sit around and write reviews or repeated emails regarding the same god damn thing. DO YOUR JOB.

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a dumpster for a house project it was never delivered. I called and was given the run around that he could not reach dispatch. I called the next day & spoke to a person briefly who put me on endless hold. The took my $320 promptly! Worst experience!!

Ask for a call from driver when in route as to speak directly to address placement. No call and for sure he put it in the wrong place. So close to my garage door I can't get my car out. Over priced and poor customer service. Stay local these people run a business behind a computer. ....."less than ideal" thats whats wrong with your customer service you dont even understand the compliant was about NO CALL the placement would have been IDEAL if you would have called

I had a bad experience. I ordered a dumpster (and paid the entire amount up front as they require); they were not able to deliver on the day promised. I had workers coming the following day and they could not commit to a specific time the next day either. I don't have an issue with a mistake or over schedule - but there was no communication or explanation; long hold times in excess of 15 minutes to try to get the issue resolved (the repetitive "on-hold" theme did not help). There were promises to call me back, which did not happen in a timely fashion It was difficult to get a credit back for the lack of service. I respect that missteps can happen but they did not remedy the issue in a professional or fair way. I will not be using them or recommending them

Very disappointed with the services received. Calling and making the reservation was easy. The day of delivery on the other had was disappointing. I received a call at noon mentioning that they would not be able to deliver the dumpster the day of because my order was overlooked. Offering me a $25 refund for the day (for a $400 rental.) I understand that this is a business and that mistakes happen but when you adjust your schedule and are on a time line you expect for a business of this magnitude to be dependable and reliable. At the end of the day, after speaking to multiple people in customer service and being on hold for over an hour, I cancelled their services and would not recommend.

I would rate no stars if given the opportunity. We rented a dumpster and had to wait for one week to have it delivered. Friday, our promised delivery day came and went with no dumpster delivery. We spent close to two hours on hold today just trying to find out where our rented dumpster was located. The very pleasant operators offered no information and did not have any clue. Chalk this up for one of the worse customer service experiences ever. Do not use Dumpsters.com!!!
