Can't trust this company. I thought I was getting a good deal with their price for their 20 yard container. However when it came time to deliver, it was a no show and I was charged for a $150 failed delivery fee. When I booked I told them alternate side for street cleaning is 11:30 to 1:00, that would be the best time to drop the dumpster. I, myself parked my car at 10:47 dropped 2 cones to hold the entire location. I waited, waited, waited, finally called them at almost 1:00 to get an ETA. No call back. I called back. They tell me that the driver showed up but the spot was blocked by a car. I tell them I was parked with 2 cones to hold the spot and I never saw a truck. They say they will call me back again and never did. I called again and was told they can't go back that day. I rescheduled for next week same day for alternate side, and when I checked my credit card, $150 charge. They tell me the driver was there around 11:30. I said, absolutely not. I guess it's my word against theirs, they won't tell me what company was sending the dumpster and they could not give me their number. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. No one ever called me back. I called over the next few days....no supervisor ever called me back. Two days before my next appt, I called again for a supervisor, the representative (actually for my over 10 phone calls to this company) all the representatives are very friendly but no help, no satisfaction on my end. Finally, I get transferred to a supervisor, which they couldn't do the last 10 phones calls, I explained what happened --that I waited for over 5 hours holding the spot for the dumpster and no one ever showed. He looks up the account and says there was a driver there at 2:15. So now I'm told 2 different times by 2 different people, I ask for proof (GPS records?) and call me back. He does get back to me fairly quickly and tells me, oh, they actually attempted at 7:15 in the morning!!! Why would they do that if I specifically tell them alternate side begins 11:30??!!! I figure since I told them I was there since 10:47, they have to make up another time, makes no sense to me. They show me no proof made no phone calls to me that day, and I guess they can do whatever they want. I cancelled my appt, got my refund, took a $150 loss and would never call on them again.

3 wks later my bank acct was charged an additional $434. Don't use this company if you are doing renovating to home the over charges are ridiculous

They billed my credit card $282 a month later. They said it was brought to their attention I had more than 4 tons. I only had shingles in my dumpster didn’t weight near 4 tons. Very outrage customer. I wouldn’t recommend a company who lies and steal. Maybe they got the dumpster I returned with somebody else dumpster.

If i could give 0 I would... I have NEVER in my life have dealt with such a horrible company. The sales team gives you the run around for ANY important questions you may have and they will connect you to the customer service team but before you speak to anyone you will be on hold for minimum 25 minutes. When you FINALLY get ahold of someone, they will either lie to you or hang up on you. They do not fulfill contracts and they make up excuses for why they need to pick up dumpsters on a certain day. They are liars and you are better off spending the money with a different company.

Terrible experience all around. They are cheaper, which is why I used them, but you will quickly realize why. The dumpers are never delivered or picked up on time. Then when you call, they also have no idea where the dumpster is as well lol. So at least you will have something in common with them. You'll also notice your credit card get charged randomly for little fees and such. Not sure why, but I'm sure if you call again it would perplex them as well. So add about 250 bucks to your initial price and you should get an accurate estimate for a dumpster. All in all, a terrible company with terrible systems and terrible operations procedures. Customer service is also terrible. This has one star mainly because I couldn't put zero. How can you sleep at night. How can you kiss your mothers and tuck your children in at night knowing there are thousands of people wondering where their dumpsters could be in the world?? The universe may never know. Hopefully mine arrives soon.

Quick service and courteous driver

Ripped me off oh yes they have a good rate up front. They get you on the weight at the end in my case $477.00 plus the $452 fee.I should have went with the trash haulers quote.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service at this place is horrendous. The dumpster was delivered 3 days late. I told the rep when I ordered the dumpster I HAD to be off the property by July 31st. I scheduled the pick up for the 30th. They failed to come pick up the dumpster until the 2nd. At this point I HAD to vacate the property and was no longer in the state. There was ILLEGAL dumping that occurred and over filled the bin. So I was charged with a $150 fee. After a week of calls, hiring someone to remove the additional trash, constant emails, requests for escalations, etc. I received ZERO callbacks from management. ZERO replies to my emails. I would get new bills and charges. My previous landlord is threatening me, withholding my deposit, and its been a week and the dumpster is STILL there with no indication of when it will be removed. I am so mad and disappointed. This company is incompetent. I strongly encourage folks to NEVER use this company under any circumstances. They are crooks.
