Dumpsters.comReviews of dumpsters.com

I book a 15 cubic yard dumpster bin but they only send us the 10 cubic yard dumpster bin(2ft * 18ft * 7.5ft), I called them for 2 days and they insisted that is 15 cubic yard bin even thought I told them to calculate according to above size. After that, they told me that the manager will call me but ends out no one is calling us for 2 days already. Our contractor have to delay work for that. Very disappointed by their not responsibility and maybe cheating business. Very regret to do business with them. Do you know how to calculate the size? 2*18*7.5=270 cubic ft, which is exactly equals to 10 cubic yard from online calculator If you said the size many be vary, then from 15 cubic yard varied to 10 cubic yard, that call cheating.

BY far the worst company to deal with on several levels. Got dumpsters twice from them and ended up overpaying way overpaying. Skip this company and go with your local dumpster company because that's what they do. dumpsters.com does not have their own dumpsters and will over charge you anyway they can to make the spread. I would never use them ever again. I would've given them Zero if I could.

Absolutely, positively the worst service I have received from any company ever. Account rep won't answer my calls. Delivery several days late and no updates. Avoid this company at all cost.

I wanted a 30 yard dumpster and then I was told I would have to settle for a 20 yard. I get the 20 yard scheduled about three weeks out. I take the day off work. 6 am to 6 pm is my delivery window. I received a call a little after 3 pm stating they couldn't make the delivery on the day we had on schedule for three weeks (not even giving option for after 6 pm delivery) I was told they could deliver the next day between 6am and 6pm. I opted to cancel as I didn't want to wait around all day hoping they would delivery a dumpster that was 2/3 the size I wanted, but almost 90 per cent of the cost of the larger dumpster. Unfortunately not a good experience.

If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would. This company is totally dishonest and untrustworthy. They did not leave the dumpster I ordered because they claimed a tree was blocking the driveway. They did not contact me at all as they put my email in the system incorrectly, the driver called me to say he was coming but I guess los the number to say there was an issue. I got a dumpster from another company (Becks) and took pictures to prove that my driveway was not blocked. The "Supervisor" hung up on me after telling me there was no one else I could contact and the charge of $150 was valid. After spending much time finding a way to contact upper levels of the company, I was able to email these pictures. They refunded HALF of my money and told me this was just a courtesy and they would not refund the rest! I am now left with taking this outside of the company to try to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DEFINITELY ARE JUST LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I rented a dumpster from this company this past week I talked to one of their employees explained to him I needed a dumpster fir a three bedroom home renovation he advised me that a 10 foot dumpster would be good for the job i told him well then I’ll take a 15 foot just to be safe mind you that was no where close to being a good size so they took it back I got charged 150 for what their employee advise me to Rent for the return of the dumpster so then I start looking to go somewhere else then they call me back saying they can get me a 30 foot dumpster which would only be a 7 day rental which was pushing it but I agreed to the 7 day rental but what happened was two days before the pickup date I go outside to start throwing trash and the dumpsters gone they picked it up 2 days ahead of the scheduled date I called in immediately they said they were gonna get the dumpster brought back well then a supervisor calls me back saying they’re not bringing the dumpster back that it was already emptied when asking to at least divide the days I had the dumpster with what I payed and give me back the fee for the days I didn’t get to use it the supervisor had a bad attitude and stated they’re not giving anything back maybe 50$ when I payed 550$ for 7 days this is my first dumpster rental and it was horrible working with this company also they brought me the dumpster and didn’t even bring me a permit for the dumpster being in the street Id advise anyone looking to rent a dumpster to not use this company Plus they’re just a company that actually finds you the dumpster and collects money off the top I got overcharged by at least $150 after looking around for my second dumpster which I paid for 425 or 30 foot for 7 days

Dumpsters.com is the very last place I'd recommend for dumpster service. I will go as far as to say that you will be better off dividing your waste into smaller piles and letting your city get the waste if possible. A representative for the company told me that I have to monitor the dumpster 24/7 and fight anyone who tries to illegally dump into it. This is after the fact that they delayed picking the dumpster up by 7 days. What company advocates their customers fight illegal dumpers? If I follow the advice of this representative, I wonder how well this is going to turn out since people who illegally dump already don't care about what's legal. If this representative is actually representative of the company, stay away. Very far away. After sending a complaint to corporate, the dumpster was picked up the next day.

Would never use this company again, was supposed to pick the dumpster up Wednesday and now it's Saturday. Called them several times about this to no avail. I have a small driveway and it's making life miserable...
