Careful with these people, money hungry and sneaky. They are charging me a 1080.00 for not needing the dumpster anymore. Lost my business and want to squeeze out the last of bit of money they can. They automatically put me in for another year when dont need it. I kept for a year so, I kept my word and payed. I wasnt even using for trash for 7 months,, but payed. And Leann is a cold hearted rude women. Be careful with this company. They dont care about you or your business!!!!!

I rented a 30-yard dumpster 10 days before I needed it. 2 days before it was to be delivered, I got a call that they were out of them and didn't know when they would get more. They offered a 20 yard for the same price! I told them that was not fair and they came down $50 but said costs were going up and they still needed to make money. They told me even if I still got a 30 yard in the coming days, the price had gone up nearly $300! They said I could reserve a 20-yard, if needed. When the day came and I needed it, I called twice to get a 20-yard (the first guy never called me back like he said he would). Nothing. Then the following day, they told me they could get me a 20-yard but it would be 3 more days. I needed it for the weekend I had asked for it, so I had to cancel my order and go with another company.

I only wish that I had read all the reviews before I selected this dumpster company! What a fool I was, but hopefully you will learn from my mistake. It's a classic scam business model. They only gave me ONE ton of weight allowed in the dumpster per contract. But then when they picked up the dumpster, I suddenly get a bill for $682 for nearly 9 tons of weight! I asked for proof and all they gave me was some phony weight document. I'm calling my lawyer next. There is NO way I put 9 tons of weight in this dumpster unless someone threw in some moon rocks when I wasn't looking. The weight overage cost me DOUBLE than the cost of the actual dumpster! Do NOT purchase from this company! They will totally rip you off! Buyer BEWARE.

Got two dumpsters through them. First one was a 3 ton dumpster but with a 2 ton weight limit. We got charged over $300 for overage three weeks after it was picked up. Second one had a one ton limit. I ordered it before I got the overage bill. Same exact thing even though it was only 2/3 full. Their business model is based on this scam. You are better off getting a dumpster from your waste removal provider. I actually paid more than I would have from Waste Management. You are guaranteed to pay the overage which they just take before you see the invoice. They claim we had three tons in it. How can I dispute that?!

Got hit by large foot long debris flying out of their dumpster barreling down the freeway which cracked my windshield and their response is for me to use my insurance to fix it and that by driving on the road I accepted the risk of garbage raining down on me.

Very poor communication, service is very unprofessional and rude. First, I was charged $600 for the dumpster but then after they picked up the dumpster, they charged me another $1000. They stated that my weight for the dumpster went over a certain amount and now I was being charged more but refused to send me the proof of the weight. Do not do your business here as you will be robbed. Definitely not affordable as stated.

This company damaged my fence and when I asked for it to be repaired they refuse to fix it. So I cancelled them due to breach of contract and now they want to sue me for remainder of contract. Pick another company these people are very dis honest and they don't look out for your best interest. Company response is a lie fence remains unrepaired and permit for safety guard was denied.

I needed a 30 yard container. Just be aware. Most competitors are same price or maybe a few dollars more with a gas charge but they mostly offer 5 tons. This company gives you 3 which means 5 tons of stuff will cost you an additional $300! They boast no additional fees and warn you of other companies gas charges when that’s minimal ! It cost me $1100 with them when competitor would have been 800 with anyone else. What a bummer
