The dumpster was supposed to be delivered Friday for a Saturday job. Now the account manager and customer service we need is not in the office until Monday. We will now have a pile of debris on our property for who knows how long because we have no clue when the dumpster will arrive if it even does.

Thier billing is horrible because 20 days after pick of dumpster they charged my card for over weight fees. Thank God I had the money. The email came later. They even tried to get my review removed. They very shady. I have no problem paying the overage fee but 20 days later after the refusal to pickup and delivery driver called city fire department on me. Also no proof of was provided $255 charged to my card. If you need a dumpster, save yourself the headache and pick another company.

They cannot seem to get the pickup schedule right. My move is now delayed because they continue to tell me on am on the schedule and then they do not show up. It is delaying the other processes in my move. The dumpster is still here. Update: They finally picked up the dumpster after I completed a bbb complaint and review. It does not undo the extra money their delays and oversights cost me. My review remains the same.

Horrible Service. I am a licensed general contractor and they charged a $150 trip charge for too much trash. They ended up going out again and removing the too much trash and it was one bag of garbage. Scammers. Beware.

I got 2 dumpsters from this company. The first one was great, but dropped off a day late so if you're expecting to be doing a project and need a dumpster for a certain day, probably get it the day before. The second dumpster I got, everything went well untill time for pick up. It was supposed to be removed the 24th (Monday) . It is now 5 days later (friday) and they still haven't picked it up. I have been asking for an eta, and they said on the 24th but can take 1-4 days. That's fine... except that it still hasn't been picked up and I scheduled a moving POD to be dropped off today (friday). They can't provide an eta and are overly late on the pick up. The POD can't be dropped off and now I was charged a $300 redelivery fee for sometime this week because No one in this company knows what's going on and can only give you a window of when it will be picked up/dropped off which is extremely inconvenient. They have a policy that if they can't drop off your dumpster, you are charged a $150 fee.... but can't understand/respect other companies have the same policy. Also I had to ask for an invoice for the first dumpster 3 times before it was sent to me. The only positive thing about this company is that it's easy to book, schedule and pay online. After you book, you're on their time and they don't care about your time and projects, people you've hired also have to wait on them. Ridiculous and never using them again. Id rather give a small business my money.

Whoever set up this company is a MORON! DO NOT USE THEM! The company is set up with various departments that can only perform ONE task.... so to get full service addressed you have to be transferred around to 5 different departments and be on hold for hours..... The best part is their statement on their website, stating they use "The latest technology" yet they can't give ETA's or confirmations when dumpsters are dropped off/picked up..... what kind of technology are they claiming to use if they can't get that information in this day and age.... ridiculous! What a JOKE of a company...... They need some serious process improvements and training for their employees. I agree with all other reviews..... AVOID this company at all costs

Dumpster was not delivered as promised. Received an email the day before saying it would be delivered on time. Then received a text the morning of saying it would be delivered on time... wait for it. Then received a text around 10:30 saying it would be delivered at the "end of the week" (3 days later). I had a crew scheduled to help, ended up being a loss for me. For all the contractors and working folks out there... go local. Do not use Dumster.com. As I write this... I still do not have my dumpster.

Extremely disappointed. Was VERY clear that my dumpster needed to be delivered before 10am or it would not be able to be delivered; they kept insisting it’s a 12 hour window but assured me they could be there in time. Guess what? 11:30am I get a message from the driver that he can’t deliver. What a ripoff. Caveat emptor: this website is not the dispatcher, they do not own the dumpsters, have literally no control over where or who the dumpster comes from. It’s just a facade to process payment, basically Seamless for dumpsters. Save yourself the 30% markup and find a dumpster company local to you and deal with them directly; you’re guaranteed to get better service.
