I've never needed a curbside dumpster, but something special happened and I want to share this wonderful company's business ethics. They needed some extra hands for a special project. What did they do? They called local churches to see if anyone local needed some extra pay for Christmas to do a small task. When Mr. Pakkala from Dumpsters called us - he was professional, kind, compassionate and generous. A single mother was able to pay her rent. Thank you DUMPSTERS for having a strong business ethic to help keep jobs local. You are an awesome company.

Most reasonable price we found. We were actually out of their operating perimeter but they went out of their way to accommodate us! Super nice people to work with!! Would highly recommend

Overall I was very pleased with the rental and service! I was weary at first after reading some of the reviews about extra fees and not delivering a dumpster on time. But looking back most of those negative reviews seemed to be regional and not pertinent to NE Ohio where I am. I first looked at the big box dump yards (think Waste Management) and they wanted 2.5 times the cost so I went ahead and contacted Dumpsters.com. The initial sales contact was very friendly and knowledgeable, knowing exactly the right quote to put together based on my roof tear off job. I went with a 30 yard dumpster with an expanded 8 ton limit for construction debris (make sure to include the price for additional weight you need as other companies will charge fees per ton after the fact where as Dumpsters.com added it to the original quote). After getting the dumpster scheduled, my job got delayed 3 times due to bad weather. So I had to keep moving back my delivery date each time, and to my surprise there was no issue and the staff was friendly and able to work with me without hassle. I was very pleased at how easy it was accommodate my needs. So the day I needed the dumpster came around and I had planned to wait around all day not knowing when or if it would show up on time. But to my surprise, it came first this at 7:30AM. The truck driver gave me a call to let me know he was here and I came out to let him know where to place the dumpster. It took him less than 5 minutes to place the dumpster exactly where I wanted it (under my roof overhang about 3 inches away from my garage door) and he was out of there. I had the dumpster for around 8 days before scheduling a pick up online, again very easy to do. This time the driver showed up as expected around 8AM and had the dumpster loaded and was off within 5 minutes. If you are looking for a dumpster rental, especially in the NE Ohio region, I would highly recommend giving Dumpsters.com a call.

Great service, from initial call to drop off and pick up. They would be my first choice if I need a dumpster again.
