I used Dumpster.com for my personal use when I moved about a year ago. My entire experience was great. Most recently, I called them as I had to rent a dumpster for my boss' personal residence. It was a nightmare as he kept changing his mind on dates/sizes and did again regarding the pick-up dates. I was pulling my hair out!! Dumpster.com was amazing at being able to accommodate all the indecision and was very professional and kind (if I was on the other end, I would have been SOOOO annoyed!) I never got a bad vibe from them and they were able to scramble and get what my boss FINALLY wanted. They deserve 10 stars out of 5! (seriously)

The gentleman I spoke with in customer service was very pleasant, patient and helpful. Truly from his helpfulness alone I was sold. But on the real side I had rented dumpsters in the past so I had an idea of what I needed. But they were prompt with delivery and pickup. And even though some may consider the cost somewhat pricey, but considering the amount of stuff I needed to get rid of and trying to haul it my self. I come out cheaper with dumpster.
