DO NOT trust this company. If you need one dumpster for your project, it might work.. if it’s multiple dumpsters stacked over several days, they are lost and come up with excuses. My last 3 dumpsters were suppose to come Friday, it’s Monday and nothing.. you call and call and call and have to listen to “don’t worry be happy” for 30 minutes before giving up. You will never get a courtesy call stating that they are coming. They now charge me for a service fee of 150.00 for not being able to deliver when the driver made the call that it was too muddy. I spent 2500.00 in dumpsters in the last few days and still my last dumpsters are nowhere to be seen which not only delays my project but have a crew here waiting everyday on those guys. Deal directly with a local dumpster company instead of those guys which is basically a call center Working with local companies.. terrible!!! Next step filling with the Better Business Bureau

On May 28, 2020 I placed an order with Ian at 10:39 A.M. with a price of $487.00 for a 25 yd. At 3:55 P.M. I received a call ( unable to pick up in zoom meeting) with a message are not able to service area because a competitor services this area. At 4:31 P.M. I received an email with a refund. The location were the dumpsters is to be delivered is not in the competitor service area, the property is on the border line, had the service representative spoken with me before submitting a refund, I would have been able to clarify. On May 29, 2020 I spoke with Ian, he transferred me to customer service, I explained to customer service situation, he understood and asked I call Ian to reschedule because he is not sales unable to help me. I called Ian, he would be able to schedule a dumpster for me but the price would change to $593.00. I told Ian this was unfair, I was then transferred to John supervisor he would not help me, so I asked for a District Manager he said was not able to connect me, Amber would be the person send email to admin email. The problem here was the mapping system they used, when they realized they made a mistake they would not honor original price.

BEWARE: Read the fine print before you do business. Folks Let's just say next day is by the end of the day to the Dumpster people...... Any company with the first name Dumpster should tell you everything. Horrible customer service, and that is being generous. Per the instructions I called first thing in the morning to get and ETA, they couldn't give it to me. When it had not arrived by midday I called again. The last and final call went out late in the afternoon. Each time I had some putz tell me it was out for delivery. I guess if you are surrounded by morons you assume the customer is as well. One dumpster, one truck... Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out it can't be out for delivery all day. I guess the driver must have taken the day to go site seeing......On the last call I said I want to cancel and here is the kicker, they say, oh we scheduled it so if you cancel we charge you $150.00. So this is SOP - we take your money, we tell you next day, but can't give you a time, and as long as it's there by 6:00 pm they feel good about themselves. The story does have a happy ending, I was smart enough to schedule with Ready Rolloff and they delivered promptly the next day and offered me a discount due to my issues with Dumpster.com. Hey Dumpster people you just got schooled in customer service by your competition, pay attention and learn.

Very expensive and poor costumer service. Takes them a month to bill your for overage and with no proof. They lie about the weight in order to charge you more watch out for them

Like many of the other negative review on here, everything went well at first. When I called they told me they couldn't get a dumpster to me for another 4 days. It's the holidays, everyone is off, I understand.I give them my credit card information and sign their "contract." once they got all of my info, they called me back and said "we forgot to add the taxes, so its going to be $5 extra everymonth." HOW??? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS FORGETS TO ADD THE TAXES TO THE PRICE?? I said okay to the extra five bucks and a day later, when they were supposed to deliver the dumpster to me, they called me and told me they couldn't due to the fact that my warehouse was in the Kansas city caves. 4 semis side by side can pass through these caves....there are 40 feet dumpsters here all over the place. They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. When i complained to the main guy "Scott" I was told to go outside, look at the brand of the other dumpsters around me and contact them. wasted a week of my time and piled my warehouse trash more. terrible terrible terrible company. DON NOT USE!!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have charged me for a attempt pick up even though they could have been able to pick it up but instead they said they couldn't because the saw some straw that was put out . They of course did not get out of the truck to see if the ground was soft, it was put down by the city to grow grass . So they charged me $150. They should have picked it up on a Friday and now it is Tuesday and it is still at the house and cant be moved now until who knows and of course I have to pay for the extra days as well. Bad Business

BEWARE!!! I rented a 20 yard dumpster in July 2019. I thought it was a good deal until Oct 8th when I got an email saying i was over 3.5 tons over my 2 ton weight limit and and extra fee of $352 dollars to be automatically charged to my credit card on file. What a surprise. No phone call, just an email. I know have no way of being able to tell if this is even true at this point. But almost 3 months later? I am sure it was dumped the same or next day. a month later maybe, but almost 90 days I get shocked with this. Even if it is true that it was overweight, who is doing their books? Make sure that you understand what the charges are with these snakes. The driver that picked up the dumpster had a sorry attitude, and the one that dropped it off rang the door bell at 6 AM and had an attitude when I told him maybe he should have called first as I was told when I made the order. What an ordea!!!! Shop around, it seemed like a good deal, but I wish I had gone local. BEWARE!!!

The dumpster was dropped off immediately, great! However, when attempting to have it removed I was told the "window" was now four days! Not only had this never been mentioned, I have documentation from them stipulating a single day for pick up. Now I have to keep the area clear for an entire week? Otherwise I face a $150 trip charge! In forty some years as a contractor I have never heard of a four day window for a rolloff. How can you even stay in business not knowing when you can recover and put a unit back into use? The consequent costs and delay on my project due to this far outweighs any low initial cost with people cooling their heels because material can't be delivered. By tomorrow I will give zero stars.
