Ordered a dumpster on 4/9/2021, was told it could be delivered on the12th,called to see what time it would be delivered was told it would now be the 14th. Received a call on the 13th and was told it would be 1/2 weeks as they were short on dumpsters in my area due to a tornado that passed through the area. I would have been fine with this if told when I ordered the container but to wait 3 days is not a good look on the company. will never recommend or use them again as they run a poor operation to not know they are short of dumpsters.

My initial experience with Dumpsters.com was pleasant, affordable and quick. More than one month after our dumpster was picked up, my card was charged again and I received an overage bill stating I had gone above the container limit. After requesting and receiving the weight ticket I immediately disputed the charge as there was no possible way the items I loaded into the dumpster weighed the amount the ticket indicated. After speaking with a representative (Olivia) who was very polite, respectful and helpful I was transferred to a supervisor to attempt to solve the issue at hand. Mick, the superior was extreamly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He denied there was any possibility their information on the dumpster weight was wrong and that it would be in my best interest to just try and fight it with my credit card company but I would never succeed. The single star in my review is for the representative (Olivia) who was polite, helpful and respectful. Mick's behavior was unacceptable and truly unprofessional. Any reputable company should seek to provide accurate information and if they have been provided with inaccurate information should seek to find correct data. Please be respectful to your customers.

This was a disappointing disaster. I had 3 drop offs and pick ups and they tore up the yard. I asked for alert phone call...but no. They caused ruts 4'x 20' long and after 3 days of rain, the water soaked trashed pushed the weight limit. They cannot prove the weight and wanted to offer $50 toward the ruts. I spoke to 2 diff people...they don't care. I run a crew of over 30 people and tons of work. Guess that isn't worth it to them.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They do not pick up phone or pick up dumpster. They over charge and keep giving you different answers.

I rented a mixed use dumpster but the pick up driver would not accept small appliances, fan, and a few other household items. According to my contract they were not excluded items. His explanation was that he would have to seperate them when he went to the dump! Would never recommend this company. You don't get what you pay for.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever! I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, they never delivered the dumpster on the day they were supposed to. Secondly, I asked them to look at the location prior to the delivery to make sure that the dumpster would fit and they failed to do that and therefore could not deliver the dumpster on the scheduled date. I had to reschedule and obtain a city permit to have them put the dumpster in the street, and again, they did not show up on the date of delivery as was scheduled. They claimed it was because they did not have the permit number but this is an untruth because I gave the permit number to three different representatives and I even emailed it to the company. These people don’t know how to run a business. I waited all day for a dumpster that never showed up on two separate scheduled days. I finally had to cancel the dumpster delivery altogether because it was just a waste of my time. A totally disappointing and aggravating experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone. EVER. Also, they never call back when they say they will.

This is the worst experience ever, I rented a dumpster we put drywall in the dumpster and they said it weighted 6.5 tons. It was not even full. They never game me proof !!!!! I'm suppose to take their word for it!!!

Terrible communication! My card was on file with this company for months. They did not charge it, after they were given permission to. I tried multiple times to get in contact with them and received the runaround. Then they removed the dumpster after I asked them not to and tried to charge me a removal fee. Plus late fees. I would not recommend. How do you give a customer that wants to pay the runaround?!
