I had a pleasant experience with Dumpster Rental Enterprises, LLC while cleaning out my parents' home. The website had all the information that you would need to order online, but I called and talked to a very helpful customer service rep who made sure that I was selecting the right product. The whole process ran very smoothly. I loved that they sent the instructions to my email so I could review the expectations they had of me before the dumpster arrived.

I didn't have a the best experience with the website while trying to get a quote. I got stuck in a loop and just kept getting asked for my zip, but once entered it would not get me to a place in which I could see or rent a dumpster. The website however was nicely laid out and most information was to the point and easy to read and understand.
Response from Dumpster Rental Enterprises LLCNov 18, 2025
Hi Jamie, Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. I’m very sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the website while trying to get a quote. That loop you described shouldn’t happen, and we've fixed the issue so the website is now working perfectly, and I encourage you to try it again. I’m glad to hear the layout and information were still helpful, but we want the entire process, from entering your ZIP code to viewing pricing, to be easy and frustration-free. If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to assist you directly with a quote or help you place an order. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to provide you with a much better experience next time. Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises
