Duka Property Management took over our condo from a corrupt PM, so the bar was very low and I expected them to clear it quite easily. However, they sent Alex, who has fascist sensibilities when it comes to interpreting by-laws. Several residents installed smart locks on their units; not only did I have the previous PM approval to install the lock, but she liked the aethestic and opined that she would like to see all units should go this way. Obviously this is not affecting anyone, but Alex insists that he needs the master key to unlock units in cases of emergency. (It has been reported that he made some illegal entries) Alex's lack of intelligence on this issue leads me to believe there are other issues afoot. No one can be so stupid, because they would like have won a Darwin award by now.
