I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional work done by Ms. Rezi Gurakuqi does. As a resident, I am consistently impressed by her professionalism, empathy, and dedication. Whenever an issue arises, Rezi is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to find a solution. Her work ethic is truly remarkable; on several occasions, I have personally seen her staying at work till very late to ensure that residents are well taken care of. Her hard work, kind demeanor, and commitment to excellence significantly improve the quality of life in our community. Employees as dedicated as Rezi are rare, and I hope Duka senior management will recognize for her incredible service.

So often people only post reviews to complain. I want to take a moment to say something good, because I am genuinely impressed I am with Duka Property Management at our condominium complex. Our manager, Ghaith T., is the hardest working manager we've had in years. He does not hesitate to help residents or talk to those who step out of line. He truly seems to care about our property. Ghaith is the best manager that we've had in the decade that I have lived here. We are lucky to have Duka and Ghaith managing our property.

Management office has been responsive to my request on a contractor issue. I see improvement in their work over the years.

I had a really great experience with Duke Management. Anthony was incredibly helpful, understanding, and took the time to really listen to our situation. He was patient, professional, and genuinely worked with us to find a solution. It’s not often you come across someone who is both compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve an issue. Anthony made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciated his support and clear communication throughout the process. Thank you again to Anthony and the team at Duke Management for the excellent service!
