This casino is a scam. I spend over $12k here. Do not use! Others are better. Do not be fooled. They double charged my card and blocked me from card deposits when I submitted an inquiry for the double charge. This is how they treat “VIP” members. I am very unhappy with this “casino” experience. I very much liked the online casino. In total I deposited $2600+. I was put on VIP status and when I made my account Crypto Elite I was promised even better bonuses. I made a withdrawal of $2500 and suddenly all my promotions disappeared. I sent several emails over the next couple days, even to the VIP email they gave me, but had no response. The support on the chat feature assured me I still had promotions and they should show by end of day, still nothing. When I called support number, the lady explained that I would need to make more deposits in order to possibly receive match bonuses in the future. I hadn't even broken even. She also said they just received my emails yesterday and have 48 hours to respond. I did not send all my emails yesterday.
