If i could leave them with the absence of a star I would. They simply will tell you when you try to withdraw your winnings, that you didn't win enough to withdraw and then they will take the money back down when you try to hit the threshold they say you need. I started with 25, they comped me 25. I with 350, they tell me I have to hit 650 in order to withdraw, and in order to withdraw if you do win they want a 53 fee to process it. Totally shady.

I won 700.00 requested withdrawal for amount they never did. They stalled for a week and a half making all kinds or repeated request for proof of self. When i make a deposit they get it right away. They are a scam

literally the worst I advise skipping out on this one not only are the unfair by giving bonus that make no sense based on conditions , very in favor of the house , but if you do win the process is so complicated and takes a minimum of 5 days to verify then another 2 for withdraw . id advise staying away but hey its your money oh and its 50$ processing fee or mailed check lol

Some of the support staff are super nice. This is about the only good thing I can really say for my experience with Duckyluck. I requested a withdraw about a month ago now, the documentation for verification was never good enough, after about 10 tries, I believe I got everything sent how they wanted it sent, and btw, sending emails to these people is extremely confusing. When you send an email, you get an email back saying that your email did not go through, you contact support to verify, they say that it had came through. So if you ever have this happen, always contact support/ live chat to verify that your email did in fact go through. And as far as my withdraw goes, I am still waiting. After all the documentation that was sent the way they wanted, I am still waiting. They say after 72 business hours at most, I should hear back about my withdraw. Well it has now been approximately 84hours give or take. I guess there is another good thing I can say, they do have a huge variety of games to play, but after everything I am going through with this withdraw, makes me question if I will ever deposit any money with them.

I signed up spent over $400 dollars that I lost my 400 plus deposit I decided to give it one last chance and play a fee on to this morning and first of all it says after 3 confirmed deposits that you get a lifetime of daily spins 50 spins to be exact so I try to claim my spins first of all and they get denied and the customer service rep is telling me you have to make three successful daily deposits I said that's $75 a day for 50 spins no that's not what it says it says a lifetime and I actually took a screenshot and if there's a way where I can upload what it says I will do that so anyways they decided to not understand obviously what I was trying to explain to them and I got tired of trying to explain so I said just forget it I will go ahead and make my deposit I go and try to make my deposit and the same card that I used 4 days ago that had no issues and they had no issues taking my money all of a sudden is not a valid card b******* so I reach out to customer service and I tried to explain to them what is going on why am I having so many problems with this casino everything was fine you took my money and then when I tried to play again you guys would not allow me to make another deposit since when does that casino monitor you giving them money to play their slot machines I have never heard of something so ridiculous so anyways I was not allowed to make another deposit 4 days ago so I decided to do it again just a little while ago but now this time the same card gets denied and customer service tells me that it is because your bank card is not a guarantee I said it has nothing to do with that I didn't even get that far I said it denied the card saying that the card was invalid I said by you guys it has nothing to do with my bank or the payment okay obviously these people do not understand what you're trying to say to them because she continued to tell me that bank cards aren't guaranteed well I didn't get that far do you not get it so finally I just said you know what I've never had a casino turn me down for trying to spend my money and I will take my money and go to another casino because there is plenty of casinos out there that have no problem taking my money so no this casino is definitely thumbs down it's got great games but it's got s***** customer service City Rules and s***** deposits I'm done I told them to cancel my account

This company is a complete scam. The cashout requirements are simply ridiculous. AND BEWARE if you use a promotion, you have to play a million times the amount you deposit to cashout. Also, they offer free spins on deposits, but if you cashout, even a measly amount, you don't get free spins...OR recently I received my cashout, deposited, lost, and since their system wasn't updated, I was not eligible for any bonuses. I've tried playing maybe 10 times in the last 6 months, and there is always some stipulation that makes withdrawal or bonuses unavailable to me.

Wouldn't recommend it for anybody. When you get the free spends it literally pays it less than your bet.
