Purchased a piece of software that pretty much immediately lost a feature I wanted. Upon asking for a refund as the next tier of the software was too expensive, they instead upgraded me for free.

Thanks for sharing, Dakota! We always try to be fair and make sure customers get the value they’re looking for. Glad we could help with the upgrade — appreciate the support!

I purchased the rust cheats, which worked somewhat well. However, the next day, when I logged on to play, I received an instant game ban. Despite my request for assistance, they refused to take any action. The cheats were decent, the price was reasonable, but the customer service was horrible. I even created a ticket to inquire about the issue, but they essentially told me to go away. If you’re looking for a permanent game ban on your record, this is the place to go.
Response from Duck's ServicesSep 15, 2025
Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, our products are sold “as is,” and like any third-party software, there is always a risk of detection and bans when using cheats. This is something we make clear up front. Regarding your support ticket, we never tell customers to “go away.” Our team reviews all tickets and provides assistance within the limits of what we can reasonably do — unfortunately, bans are outside of our control and cannot be reversed by us or any provider. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make sure our products and support are as clear and helpful as possible. — Duck’s Services Team
