every time i have made a purchase on duck services i open and ticket and got help asap. duck services has everything you ever need for equipment or knowledge about anything you have questions on. I have been a member going on about 4 years now and never really had a problem if i ever had a problem i would open a support ticket and someone would take care of me, that includes getting another key or getting store credit on the website.
