Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we’d like to clarify a few things. We do not sell “broken firmware.” All firmware provided is tested and functional, and in cases where issues arise (which can happen due to setup, environment, or external factors like game updates), we actively work with customers to resolve them. Regarding response times — while we handle a high volume of tickets, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible and ensure each case is properly addressed. Delays can happen, but we are constantly improving our support systems to minimize them. As for your 1:1 build, these are not instant-delivery items and may require time depending on availability and current workload. That said, if there was a delay beyond what was communicated, we’re more than willing to review your case and make it right.
