I am leaving another review youre support bot on your website is useless and I cant get into the server I saw multiple times mr duck has responded in a day and he has ignored my review asking for a link to his discord server I am editing this after the response I found a way in but the main discord server link doesnt work i was trying to get in for weeks im in it now tho

We’re sorry you’ve had trouble getting into the Discord server. We do want to clarify though that our website currently has multiple direct Discord join buttons/links available across the site, along with support ticket options outside of Discord as well. We also don’t intentionally ignore review replies — Mr. Duck personally handles a large portion of support, reviews, and operations daily, so response times can vary depending on workload. If you’re still unable to join the server, it’s usually caused by a temporary Discord account limitation, expired invite cache, VPN/proxy issues, or Discord itself blocking the join request. You can also contact us directly through the website ticket system and we’ll help get you sorted without Discord if needed.
