Between Mr. Duck and Anthony I couldn't be happier! I spent nearly 24 hours and couldn't figure out how to even install a program correctly. Anthony did it remotely is like 5 minutes. These guys are the one and only one anyone should go to! Period!

Response from Duck's ServicesJun 13, 2026
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Could you please reach out to our support team with your order number and any information regarding the ban? We take reports like this seriously and would like to investigate what happened. Detection status can change over time, and when issues are confirmed we update product statuses accordingly. However, a ban alone does not necessarily confirm a detection, which is why we need additional details to properly review the case. Please contact us directly and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
