Says Delivery in 3 weeks still not here after 7 weeks when asking for partial refund of price because it should have been a Birthday present - No reaction - says its shipped now - probably takes another few weeks - Not recommended for that price of cheap electronics

I ordered April 14th. Shipping is supposed to take 3-7 days. I had ordered from them in 2024 with no issues. I have sent three emails so far, messaged on social media and they will not respond to me asking when my order is shipping. Incredibly disappointed.

Well took an offer of getting a cat one as well as the normal duck one and I ordered and waited like a normalish person would and unfortunately those items didn't arrive and I ordered them in April and they still haven't come. I sent them emails asking about my order but no replies or responses. Do better.

Purchased a Green duck and got an offer to get a cat for half price. Took this offer and opted for an orange cat. Payed through paypal and it wasn't until I looked at the order confirmation that I saw that my address was wrong. Not only that, but they got the duck colour wrong also. I promptly Emailed their support on the same day of the purchase (APR 18) requesting if this could be amended. I heard nothing back and Emailed them again requesting if my address could be changed as well as an update on my order (APR 29) but again, I have heard nothing back. Emailed them again yesterday (MAY 9), but today I have just put in a claim to paypal and have requested my money back. Don't bother with this company, as its either a scam, or they are just wildly incompetent.

Ordered April 17th, they state 3-7 day shipping. Now May 9th. No shipping. Contacted their support email, no response. Most likely a scam. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order for two quacking Duckeys for me and my wife on 9th April…and I havn’t heard anything since. No delivery info, nothing. I’ve emailed their ‘support’ link twice, still not had a reply to either message. Either they’re wildly incompetent OR they’re a scam.

It's a small team of people that are 3D printing items to sell on different platforms. They take forever to do anything and their quality sucks. I recently bought two of the quacking keychains and just now got them after 3 months. DO NOT buy from them unless you like waiting for months. One of my fidget toys was missing an eye and I also didn't get the mystery keycaps that were promised either.

It took exactly 100 days for my key caps to arrive. I like the caps, but waiting 100 days is crazy. I’ve updated my review from 1/5 to 3/5.
