DubiaRoaches.comReviews of dubiaroaches.com

Their quality for roaches has gone done a lot. I bought 200, received what looked like 100, and they are way smaller than what I ordered. Along with that they lie about their expected shipping times. I’ve ordered from a lot and after hearing how “good” the company Dubia is, yet I can name 3 better companies.

I have to echo the sentiments of every other person who’s left a one star review do not sign up for their subscriptions! They will ship you a container of bugs that will take over a week to ship and arrive completely dead in your mailbox. Then when you complain, expect to get pushed back from their customer service they probably get so many complaints that they have to make everyone jump through hoops before they honor a refund I took photos of the container inside and out and shared proof in my email they responded days later and said they needed a clear photo and a copy of the invoice. Absolutely ridiculous! As if somebody just holds onto a container of dead bugs for days also, why the heck would I need a copy of the invoice when their system should recognize that they just sent us bugs. It all seems like just a scam concocted by customer service to avoid compensating their customers for their poor delivery service. What a waste of money please try another service.

Complete scam company that does not deliver what they offer. This company has terrible reviews on every platform for a reason. Customer service never responds

Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. Will not be using them again. Arrived DoA..included pictures.

They cancelled my cricket order because they didn't have that size in stock. Instead of reaching out to me to see if I could go with a different size, they cancelled the order, but didn't even contact me to let me know. I only found out because the FedEx tracking info said the shipper cancelled the order. I had to email them to see what had happened. This is really bad business when they know animals are depending on that food arriving. They waisted almost a week of my time. Now I'm left trying to find another place to order from only to have to wait several more days for that to arrive. I will not trust this place with my business ever again.

Horned Worms(24 count) We have a full grown bearded dragon(Bella). I need large worms for her. She loves her green horned worms. We always order next day shipping for horned worms. I have never received them whole. Always many dead :( This time they sent the smallest worms I have ever seen and unfortunately all arrived dead and not only the tiny tiny worms but eggs also. WTF I will Never order from you again!

Have been a Customer for a couple of years but the last 6 months have been awful has been awful, twice now I have paid for 2 day shipping and there rep Courtney never gives you an answer and blames FEX x I will not be buying from them again 40.Plus on the last 2 orders and a problem with both.

I have never seen a company run so bad . Your customer service is non existing. Can't speak to a person. Get no response regardless of the problem. They always try to hide behind the fact that you can't call them so they answer whenever they want . Try contacting the owner I guess he don't care . Been a customer for 10 years . Your service manager Courtney is the worst . Don't do business with them !
