Jordan called me to assist with my order and delivery. I received order very quickly.

I didn’t think this product was that effective until I went without it a couple of days while traveling. Wow, did I notice a difference in my dry eyes. I’ll never skip any days again! The berry flavor is yummy.

I am revising my review after a second time trying to order Oasis Tears Plus Multidose drops and somehow ordering instead the regular Oasis Tears drops. Their website needs to have a way to cancel or modify an order before it’s shipped. And if an item is on back order they need to clearly state so when trying to purchase. BUT. Their prices are great, and their customer service is terrific, Kelly is so helpful, responsive and pleasant, and I am very satisfied with the resolution of my problem. I will buy from them again, and be a little extra attentive to all the details of the purchase.

there was no dramatic improvement. The small improvement experienced could have been with the change in temperatures or seasons.

After several months, I was concerned that I had clicked on an automatic order for too frequent a delivery. I emailed the company. They responded asap and told me what I could do to change the order and let me know other options. The swift response showed me the company cared above my needs and getting it right. That means a lot now days… (Especially because the reason I have needed eye drops for 20 years is because of a lack of integrity from a practitioner) Integrity!!! Quick response! 5 star for sure

Good price and quick delivery.

The price was reasonable and the delivery very quick. Unfortunately, there were 3 items missing from the order when it initially arrived; however, I contacted the company and the three items were delivered quickly and without problems.
