My eye mask arrived quickly. It was packed well and in good shape

The Eye mask is ok. I feel like it was used. The eye pads are fine (and clearly new) The elastic bit between the eyes is all stretched out and frayed and basically useless. I go I have to hold it together in the middle. It does not really hold the heat that well. Costly for what it is.

This product is not as I was expecting. GenTeal works just as well or any other $10 eye product don’t waste your money.

Exactly what I ordered, good price and fast delivery. Would buy from them again.

The item arrived on time and as described.

I emailed the company about the dropper issues and never heard back.

Exceptionally positive experience from order to delivery.

All was great with my order.
