I received reminders in the middle of the night and this am my account was debited 96.00 and I have never used this. When I reached out I was basically told sorry no refund. This is not a good business practice. I had no idea I was set up for auto renew and not even enough warning to cancel in a timely manner.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected renewal charge and the confusion surrounding our subscription service. It was never our intention to deceive or inconvenience any of our valued customers. We'd like to clarify that we send out reminder emails regarding subscription renewals well in advance. These reminders are typically sent 30 days, 7 days, and 3 days before the renewal date to ensure our users have ample time to make any necessary adjustments to their accounts. We have records indicating that these emails were indeed sent to your registered email address, and they were opened. However, we understand that the timing of these reminders may not have been convenient for you, and for that, we apologize. We strive to improve our communication methods to better accommodate our users' preferences. The team has already reached out to you regarding the cancellation of your membership and the available options regarding this matter. We look forward to resolving this matter quickly. Once again, we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
