I sent in a DJI Mini 2. Lets start off by saying drone with remote and accessories goes for around $350 refurbished. My drone had a broken pivot joint, a broken arm (I included the replacement part already) and a cracked top/middle plate (which they said would make it fly erratic). They wanted a total of $310 to replace/repair these parts. Please tell me how that makes any sense for an entry level drone when I can go buy another for a few $ more? Cant comprehend these outrageous prices. Here was the breakdown: $91 to replace the arm (I included the part for this) $179 for top and middle shell with crack ($40 for part on amazon) $39 for the pivot joint
