Excellent communication – and I did receive the drone back and visually appears completely repaired. I have not yet had a chance to fly the drone yet, but if their repairs are as good as their customer service is, I'm sure I'll be happy. I dealt with Robert and he was an excellent communicator.

Unfortunately DroneNerds was unable to solve my issue due to manufacturer's software. However, they were very helpful in getting me to the proper channels for fixing the issue. They gave me clear, honest and timely communications.

Drone arrived damaged. I called and talked to Drew, totally a cool guy and simply requested a pic or 2. Sent, and I recieved a lable to send back to DroneNerds! New one on its way... so far a 4/5, wheb it arrives.... 5/5. Cheers to the Drone Nerds!

Aaron was very good at helping me choose the right. I mentioned that a major reason for my purchase was the fact they had it in stock ready to ship. By the time they ran my cc through, the 5 drones they had were sold. I talked with Drew a few days later who told me more came in and he’d make sure one was sent out today. Drew followed up and sent me the tracking number. When I spend more than $6k on an item, it’s great customer care to know someone appreciates my business. I would recommend DroneNerds.
