Love these guys. I have taken my DJI Mavic there once for calibration and updating of flysafe data and then 3 weeks later when I crashed and needed emergency repair. These guys are super friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and honest. I’m so grateful they’re on my area. Highly recommend !!

Yamel was very quick to get me what I needed in order to get my drone back up and running. Asked enough questions to get me the exact part I needed and ensured it was shipped out immediately.

Ordered my drone through Mario in repairs and he was able to facilitate the purchase of my DJI Mavic 3 pro at a time when nobody in the industry had them anywhere!! The drone arrived at my door 30 hours after I finalized the purchase. Honestly I dont know of any other drone supplier that could have done this. From one drone nerd to another thanks Drone nerds _TW

Order my dji neo in October 24 at 9:12pm and today is mar 26, 2025. And my order still back to order. I could cancel it but i wanna see how much long they will make me wait. And when i order it they told me it take days or even a month to back to order. What a joke. For my first time to order with them.... i will not recommend it. Update: i ask for refund i received it. Is not that you people take alot of time to sent it.byt communication is key people.

I purchased my Air 3 from Drone Nerds. It arrived the very next day. Had issue gettingCare Refresh to activate, Michelle at Drone Nerds was great, she gave me the website and Care Refresh was activated within just a few minutes and I am a happy pilot.

When I went to the chat option it said someone would email me when they came back in and they did. I still had some issues and I reached back out and they were able to help me solve the issue. with the DJI Care Service registration.
