They went out of their way to get my product to me before I left town. When it looked like it wasn't going to happen they sent it with "next day" service. I will always use them in the future.

After searching all over the internet for a dja mini 4 pro I…
After searching all over the internet I found my dji mini 4 pro at drone doctor when all the other places I look were backordered. The customer service experience was awesome as I am in Florida and Drone doctor is in a different time zone. However Liz answered every question that I had via text and called me back after every missed call. I received my brand new mini 4 pro through UPS when expected. Thank you Liz and all the staff at drone doctor for this pleasant stress free transaction.
