We take all customer concerns very seriously at Drone Doctor, but in this case, we must clarify that this review is not reflective of how we operate. Our team uncovered multiple red flags with this order, including inconsistencies in payment information, which indicated attempted fraudulent activity. For the security of our business and our genuine customers, we did not process or ship the order. At Drone Doctor, we pride ourselves on transparency, fast shipping, and outstanding customer service — as reflected in the many positive reviews from real customers who have successfully purchased DJI drones, accessories, and repair services with us. Unfortunately, as an online retailer, we occasionally encounter individuals attempting to commit fraud, and when we protect ourselves from these scams, they sometimes post misleading reviews out of frustration. We remain committed to serving our customers with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a trusted DJI dealer, know that we always confirm stock, ship quickly, and provide ongoing support for every order.
