Well I had a $800 Mini 3 Pro sitting in the corner for months. I finally decided to do something about it and stumbled upon Drone Doctor. It took a few days to get it set up but I mailed my drone to them and had it back in less than two weeks. The repair wasn't expensive and it flies better now than it did the day I bought it. So glad I found and settled on Drone Doctor!

After purchase I had a use with a broken antenna. I called to explore my options to repair or replace the damaged item. They instantly said the product must have been physical damage, even after showing them proof of no damage with a picture. They still were adamant about it being damaged on my end. They then offered no solutions to help fix the item regardless of whose fault it was. The whole situation made me feel like it was a money grab. Once they got their money they didn't care. No after sale service at all.

Very frustrating buying experience. Order was not delivered for almost 1 month, yet CC was immediately charged. No communication on order status, unless sending email query. Problems at every stage of order.

Item exactly as described. Fair pricing. Delivery has issues though. Purchased through shop. One day before promised deadline called and asked about status on order. Was told I would receive updates. Order shipped the next day without further incident.
