Being new to the drone world, I was a little apprehensive at first on my ability to be able to operate the drone. I recently purchased the Phantom three professional drone. I couldn't have been more excited waiting for its arrival. Upon receiving it, I was like a kid at Christmas. Very easy to set up. Then came time for the upgrade. The software upgrade required me to purchase additional card reader. I would've thought that receiving the drone knew what it had all the upgrades needed at the time of purchase. It was a little tedious and somewhat confusing but was able to find the information online. Aside from the initial set up I was ready to fly. Learning the maneuvers in the syncing with my iPhone is ideal. I absolutely love it! Highly recommended for even the novice drone user. I've become a semi pro in no time at all. I purchased from drone world and received it just a few days later. I purchased it is a bundle pack which came with the hard case and an extra battery which I highly recommend.

If you are looking to buy a Phantom drone, your best value is to purchase one of the "kits" from Drone World. You will not be disappointed. The extra props and battery are something you will eventually buy anyway, but the kits include everything else as well. The best part, aside from the drone, is the case. Everything fits neatly inside and is protected with foam padding. The hard case is top quality and compact. I now plan to carry my drone on all future camping trips because of this well designed kit. I was referred to the site by someone who bought from you. I found the site very informative and intuitive. I'm working on a firmware update and having a little trouble but the online live help is very good and quick. Happy I bought here where the ongoing parts and help are easy.

Drone arrived on time. Had an unexpected set of spare props. My first drone. Coupled it with a Samsung 7 inch tablet. Had to trim a little of the rubber on the display clip to get it to fit. It is a great dispay but I needed to get to the shade to see it. My 77 year old eyes could not see it in bright sun. Overall quite happy with it.
