We ordered multiple drones with additional kits back in October. Based on the other reviews, I guess we are lucky that anything shipped, and even luckier that they shipped some of the items missing from the original shipment. Nearly 3 months later we are still waiting on numerous 'back ordered' items. As everyone else has mentioned, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and their chat app on the website is useless. Shopping here is like gambling...good luck! Edit: After waiting for ~3 months, I finally received a response to one of my emails. They explained that they were short-staffed due to unexpected resignations and were working to fulfill my order, which they did. It wasn't pretty, they obviously didn't handle their internal issues in a way that alerted the customer in anyway, just dead air and silence. Due to that, I can't say good things about DW, but I can say they don't seem to be intentionally ripping people off. I believe they are/have been in crisis mode and simply aren't equipped to keep their promises and maintain the level of attention consumers deserve/demand.

What does it take to get a hold of these people? They are not providing me with a reason to order from them again. Got the drone, finally, however, they marked the order complete when the swag bag that was supposed to ship with it was missing, and I’ve tried every avenue from email to their contact form to their phone and I can’t get a hold of them. If I just wanted the drone at the price they charge, I could’ve just run down to Best Buy and picked one up. Drone batteries at Best Buy are seriously cheaper too. Drone-World needs to seriously step up their game if they are going to claim #1 in customer service and satisfaction, which at this point I find it incredibly difficult to believe. I want to know when the rest of my order (the swag bag) is going to ship. It is not complete people.

I've been dealing with this company for almost a year now and there are okay company. let's get straight to the point. I sent my broken drone to them the one that fell out of the sky for no apparent reason. they told me first to send it to DJI Knowing damn well DJI is going to charge me for a full price because I have coverage through drone world not DJI. So why would they told me to send it to DJI. now I have to pay for it to send it to drone world, which was $50. now drone world has had my broken drone for 3 months they're not returning my calls, did not return my email the next step is to get a lawyer

Purchased the DJI Mavic 2 Pro propellers and after receiving them I noticed that they were not exactly what I wanted because they are not the correct ones for the Mavic 2. These propellers are for either the Mavic Pro 1 or the Platinum. Although they will fit the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom they’re NOT the correct propellers!!

Once you purchase from this company you are forgotten Count on being ignored after the sale

After my purchase a couple days later I had notice from UPS that my order was processed but 6 days went by and it stayed the same. I contacted drone world by email multiple times and had absolutely no response. My bank account was charged the first day and I began to believe I was never going to get my order. Finally someone answered the phone on day 7 and told me the free mini drone that came with my order was on back order and that's why my stuff didn't ship and that it would ship that day. Later that day I had someone reply to my first order telling me to check the ups tracking which still stated that it was only processed and did not answer any other questions I had in my email. I never asked for the tracking because I already knew that... 4 days later I received my package via ups and was missing multiple items that I was supposed to receive. There was only one packing slip paper in the box and it did not actually have what I was supposed to receive. Instead it was a back order list that said my extra battery was on back order yet I was missing the battery, the mini drone, an sd card, and a USB plugin. I had to contact drone world again and about 4 days later was finally answered and the items were sent that day. It took another 4 days to ship the items to me: california to Washington state... overall I was not impressed by drone world and would order directly from DJI next time.

Drone World definitely needs to step up their support side. I sent unanswered emails to orderstatus @ drone-world.com and gave up on emailing them all together. I utilized the phone support most, but even then I would have to literally call 30+ times to ever get anybody to answer the phone. However, when I did actually manage to talk to a real person, they were courteous and helpful. If I deal with them again it would only be for an "in stock" item, and I would probably still be cautious with what I ordered. Nothing too expensive because even though I did finally receive my order, I didn't get everything that was supposed to be in my combo. I am missing the sunshade.

I had received the wrong bundle from DroneWorld. But, after one phone call (~20 minutes) they had ordered my missing components for me, and sent me a label to return the extra things I did not order. Receiving the wrong bundle was definitely inconvenient, but the remedy was definitely easier than it could have been. --EDIT-- I lowered this rating from three stars after an attempt at bribery from DroneWorld to raise my review. Which tells me that the other reviews for them might be artificially high. Hope this helps. Here is a direct quote from the email I received: "Thank you for your review.
