I also purchased some items through Drone World on 12-3-18. They charged my account but have not shipped the item. I then saw they canceled my order BUT had not refunded my money back. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY, BUT HAVE NOT YET RETURNED MY MONEY! C-R-O-O-K-S!!!!

I had a very poor experience with Drone World. I made a purchase for a 3-axis Gimbal for $549. At the time I made the purchase my bank account was charged. A week later I was contacted telling me that they could not sale the item at the price I paid and requested $200 more. This certainly is a case of false advertising. It is now 2 weeks later, Drone World still has my money, I have not received the product I ordered and paid for, and they still refuse to deliver it. I am incredibly upset. Please take your business to another vendor.

Same deal took our money and haven't sent the Mavic Air with extras package. Order was placed on 12-21-18. No response. Trying to cancel the order and get a refund. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS..... I am going to contact DJI and see if they are even still a dealer and how? Jason from IDAHO I called DJI: DJI 1 (818) 235-0789 DJI/Customer service. Call and complain. They are still listed as an authorized dealer. They stated that I am the first to complain about Drone World. Everyone needs to make a call to them. I went to technical support and I am emailing the all of the emails (me trying to contact them) to: supportdji.com put the at symbol between support and dji. They dont allow email addresses in a post. Call and complain

Ordered a ronin s on sale after days without contact from them i became concerned 18 unanswered phone calls and several emails they finally emailed me and said they couldn't honor they price and wanted $200. More. I emailed the back and asked for a refund and several More emails later still no product or money

I am writing this as I see I have company concerning Drone World's customer service and non-response to phone messages and/or emails. I wish I had seen these notices prior to my order! They are do not respond to anything. Don't lose your money ordering from them!!

This "company" is holding my funds while refusing to ship the goods they offered. They claim they can not honor the price, even though they processed the transaction and withdrew the funds. Phone lines do not connect to any service. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. This is the first time in my life I've had such an unacceptable online purchase experience.
