The hardware was completely missing :(

Arrived when said rolled up in a taller smaller box...wow a queen sized mattress inflated shortly after getting it out and cutting it from the compression clear plastic covering it. So far no horrible smell and is firmer now after a week. Very comfy and not too soft. It’s not hot either. There is very little disturbance of your partner. Hopefully it will be a keeper.

A friend recommended this bed to me on Saturday. I was hesitant but have needed a new bed for a really long time and didn't want to pay the store prices. I ordered a King on Monday. It was delivered on Friday. I would recommended to EVERYONE! I am not a typical online shopper and to buy such a large purchase is very out of character for me but SO worth it!

I purchased the medium and it was a bit hard so they sent me a topper which made it perfect . It's been several months and I'm still sleeping Sooo comfortably. I highly recommend this bed. It was shipped promptly, they have excellent customer service and I'm completely satisfied and very happy with my new mattress. No more morning back aches.

Kind of stiff and basic and definitely didn't do anything for my partner's sleep apnea. But if you're in the market for a big block of memory foam then this is exactly the right product for you.
