I also bought one of these mattresses, was great for the first couple of months then one side started sagging. I called the customer service number and was told to pull the mattress off of the bed frame and take pictures with a measuring tape so they could determine whether or not they would replace it.... I'm 59 years old 6'2 195lbs with a bad back, I did as instructed even though it just about killed my back to do it and then was completely blown off by customer service. I have not been able to afford a new mattress so I'm left with this piece of garbage to sleep on even with a piece of plywood under it it still sags. Customer service and warranty absolutely stinks! Don't waste your money on this product.

So far not a great experience. I ordered two mattresses weeks ago and still don’t have them because of a shipping issue.

The hardware was completely missing :(

Causes further back pain due to being too soft for a labeled firm bed. I weigh 220 and in good shape. My shoulders and back pain were so bad in the morning s I ended up sleeping in our guest bedroom. My wife who is 125 had no issues with the bed. My assumption is for anyone over maybe 175 this this bed will just sink in and cause you pain. My experience anyway

Back still hurts

This is a review for the Dromma Firm King mattress: After purchasing this mattress, I experienced a perfect night's sleep for the first month. As the weeks went on, I noticed that the area that I normally laid on was beginning to compress. Because of this, I would spend most of the night tossing and turning trying to find the most comfortable position. I would try laying on the middle part of the mattress that hadn't been used. That worked for awhile until that part started to compress. Normally every few months, you flip and rotate a mattress, but this mattress has only one useable side. So now after paying $900, I am stuck with a 7 month old mattress with compressed foam and nothing to show for it but lower back pain!

I'm sorry to say that I have a regular back ache from sleeping. Although I ordered a firm, the Dromma isn't really firm. Another issue is that it makes sex somewhat difficult because one's knees sink too deeply into the bed. I'm trying to find some kind of topper that will stiffen the mattress.
