I suffer from chronic back issues. Its night was a little discomforting. Each night got better. Only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was I didn't have it long enough, but so far so good.

The mattress is great, but the delivery had issues. They left the mattress in our driveway, and the box had burst. We got it inside, but the box fell away, and the wrapping exploded. Luckily it was clean and we could get it up to the bed.

The reason that I purchased this mattress is because I slept on one at my sister's house and loved it, however, when she purchased the mattress, she was able to select a firmness level, but that changed when I ordered mine. The mattress we received is a bit too firm and therefore I still have the same issues that I had with my previous mattress of waking up with sore hips and shoulders. I am hoping to get used to the mattress, but would have rather been able to choose the firmness that is best for me.

The only problem I had with the mattress was getting it in position on my bed frame. It is so heavy!!

I ordered the bed in king size and it arrived on the 6th business day after I ordered it. The bed formed immediatelly although I let it sit for 8-9 hrs before sleeping in it. Some people complained about offgassing and while I can confirm that I could smell it a bit it’s nothing that bothers me at all. My only complain is that I wish the bed was a bit softer. This is not to say that it is very firm just a bit firmer that I would like. I would say on a scale 1-10 my ideal firmness would be 5, maybe 6 and I would consider this one probably firm 7, borderline 8

Mattress is very comfortable. A nice blend of support and comfort. The foam smells pretty strong for a while, so be prepared. It was shipped very conveniently- easy to unpack and set up.

Easy purchase & delivery. Easy to open (queen size) & set up. Bed is soft, but not too soft. I was told that it is a 6.5 - I would prefer a 7.5 - but this is still good. Overall, happy with the purchase.

The delivery was a little rough. I thought there might be some kind of coordination and it told me end of the day on a Monday and showed up saturday when I was not home. Other than that all fine.
