In general we are happy. Especially for the cost. We had had a Tempurpedic for 15 years. I loved it but my other half always complained about it being hot and hard. I used to think it was super soft. After 8 months with the Dromma, I now know what soft it. My husband loves the Dromma. I wish we had gone medium firm instead of medium soft. Rolling over takes a lot of effort. It does not feel as supportive as the old Tempurpedic. I feel like a jellyfish laying on a counter. It has ruined the old bed for me. We kept it, making it the guest bed. Now it feels like sleeping on a board! I dread traveling for work again. Hotel beds usually felt like a board and the old bed felt like a cloud when I got home. I am not unhappy. Just not wowed. My husband is quite happy. No longer sweating through everything while sleeping. No longer waking to pain all over his body. I get a decent night sleep, but not like I used to. Love the price. Love that my husband is happy.

Very comfortable, have told other people about it

I had hoped this would be the bed that would give me a comfortable night's sleep. I still have lower back pain each morning. We purchased the medium firm bed. When we asked for a switch to a medium soft bed, we then learned there would be a $100 shipping charge (which I do not remember was clear when we ordered). We WERE given a soft topper at no charge. The topper has helped with shoulder pain, but not back pain. I suspect the soft topper is made of regular foam (petroleum based) material, rather than the same foam used in Dromma bed? It had an odor that was not present in the Dromma mattress. No literature on the packaging indicated the foam topper had no petroleum products?

This bed was very nice at first. Very comfortable, no pain. Now I wake up with constant lower back pain that lasts almost the entire day. I cant afford another mattress, this is the 4th mattress I've been through in 2 years. The search continues. Edit: I cannot log into the website. Every email account I own comes back with "not a registered email address" I don't even remember when I got the bed. It is probably over the 200 trial window.

my review is solely based on the comfort, as everything else was great(cust service, packaging, policies). 3 stars cuz it's just not thick enough. Or dense enough? I don't know what the correct term is, but if u kneel onto it to get into bed or I would bet that if ur a heavyset person and u sit down onto it u can feel it compress down so u can feel the bed base underneath. Its fine for lying down and sleeping, tho. I had a long delay in moving into my new house, I bought this mattress for a guest bedroom, so by the time I opened and tried it and found out about the thickness issue the return by date had already passed. So I kept it. it is only a guest room,....my most frequent guest is my 12 year old nephew, and he loves it. He comments on its comfort frequently, but he's a small kid.

I looked for months to find a mattress that might help my back and shoulder pain and I am very happy with my Dromma Bed! Quick delivery, easy to set up by yourself, no chemical smell, supportive and comfortable! My husband and I love it and we would recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a quality mattress at a reasonable price.

Straight out of the box this was great. They have a 200 day return polocy. There was never a question. We absolutely love it. No real odor as with other products. Buy one your body will thank you!!!!

Only negative I have is that they're making me write all this out in order to post a five star review. Awesome bed.
