Taking care of bidness!
I received a partially completed order that was missing a couple of items. Email customer service and although I got a an email asking for more information at first, I later received a second email notifying me that the items that were missing were being replaced and already dispatched for delivery. I am pleased with my customer service experience, and of course, the products! They are incredible!
