Great product, frustrating order process
Your customer service is great but your ordering process is always a challenge. Previously I ordered something I didn’t know was ordered and you kindly fixed it. I truly disliked the AI interaction with this previous order. No human understanding or common sense. I was frustrated that free needle serum did not show w order but AI confirmed it would be added. It was not!!! But your customer service picked up and sorta fixed it, and sending me free oil. I wanted the serum at the time of my order, if it was available , but today only the cleansing oil is available. I will talk to a human w my next order , to make sure everything is in order. Joan
