Promotion Pricing as a Subscriber
As a subscriber, it would be great to have the current promotion automatically applied to your auto shipment so that you always receive the best pricing. Sometimes the promotions offered to first time buyers are better than those who are loyal auto ship customers.
Response from DRMTLGYDec 18, 2025
Thank you so much for your feedback! We completely understand how it can feel to miss out on certain promotions as a loyal subscriber. We’re always looking for ways to improve the auto-ship experience and make sure our customers receive the best value, and we’ll share your suggestion with the team for consideration.
