i got a text coupon and it would not …
i got a text coupon and it would not let me use it - after i ordered i got another coupon via email which obviously too late - that was the only reason i chose to order

My first order was lost that was ordered on 11.17.2025. I called in and reported it being lost and they issued another order free of charge. It arrived 12.16.2025. I felt like shipping time was slow, but it is near the holidays. I have only gotten to try the products 2 times since receiving and writing this review, but the products seem to be great. I do not feel like I am wearing makeup. I heard this week that ULTA is going to stock the products soon, so shipping delays will no longer be an issue.

exceptional customer experience
I had issues with the delivery of some packages. Appears related to the carrier not delivering all the boxes. DRMTLGY was very responsive to my emails in inquiring information to make best decisions to satisfy the situation. Very grateful for their great customer service! Helpful and understanding.

I'm trying to make some changes to my order or cancel it so i can order the correct product and i have the hardest time figuring out how to contact the company or at least chat with somebody about it

I already love the tinted moisturizer so I appreciate it that your website takes me to exactly what I want. In addition, the follow ups for “add to your cart for X?” are also helpful. Sometimes I buy them and sometimes I don’t.
