So many discounts! Except at the “add-on”
Love the discounts that constantly rotate through the site so that I can almost always get something at a reasonable price when I need something refilled. Annoying that after checkout they offer a deal to “add on” to your order, but it just creates an entirely separate order so you will get smacked with all the extra shipping etc costs. Made a special $11 item $20 to “add on”, so not a deal at all.

SHOP app
The ordering from the company was easy. However, it did not tell me when my order will be coming and to track my package through the Shop app is terrible.
